Meet Our Senior HR Payroll Consultant

Since 2008 and with a break of 2 years, Eelco started a whole new career in business administration software. He became a specialist in Payroll and HRM administration software in 2010. First at VCC International (distributor) and in 2020 at Gamma IT Solutions (the developer).  

He gained expertise in all facets of payroll processing and Payroll and HRM software implementation projects. He developed himself into an all-round HR Payroll expert.  

After a short break as interim manager in the education sector, Eelco now is owner and Director of his own independent consultancy and advise company: Xellent Advisory, Coaching & Training in which he offers his services on Curacao and Bonaire, but also other islands in the Caribbean region.
